New Technologies, computers and the Internet in particular, have been used in teaching in our school for a few years now. They have allowed us to facilitate carrying out international educational projects. Our school was the first one in Poland to join MyEurope project in 2000. Since then we have been an active member of this community taking part in many activities.

In 2001 together with teachers and students from other European countries we made an editorial team of Friendship Tour Journal, on-line activity coordinated by a Swedish teacher.

2002 saw the beginning of our first Socrates - Comenius project entitled "Knowledge Unites". For three years we carried out a variety of activities together with our partner schools from England, Sweden, Spain and Portugal. The preparatory meeting took place in Arsunda , Sweden, in January, 2002. The project aimed at establishing close links between our schools, classes and individual students and teachers. We strongly believe that knowledge of other cultures and traditions will foster understanding and tolerance towards other nations. Other European countries are no longer so mysterious to our students. The children in other countries are their penfriends and 'Net friends'. They have a great deal to share and they really enjoy it! In October 2002 we organized a study visit in our school. The heads and teachers from our partner schools came to Mszana Dolna. They saw our school, met the teachers and students. The meeting was very exciting for everyone, especially the children! Have a look at the photos

In 2005 we started a School Development Project called UNITE (Understanding Needs In Teaching Europeans). Our partner schools are from England, Sweden, Romania and Turkey.

In 2003 - 2006 we took part in the initiative called Spring Day in Europe.

In November 2004 we organized International Olympic Games in our schools.

In May 2005 we organized an International School Council Summit in our school for our Comenius friends.

In March 2006 we celebrated Spring Day in Europe together with our friends from Horfield CEVC Primary School in Bristol, England. The school orchestra (26 students) and six teachers arrived in Mszana Dolna to play music, sing and make friends with Polish students and staff.

At the beginning of the meeting we saw a slide show on the idea of Spring Day in Europe. Then the school orchestra performed pieces of music by Dvorak, Vivaldi, Purcell, Pachelbel, Handel, Gomolka and Beethoven. They also sang some traditional English songs for us. Polish students danced "Ribbon Dance" and played Romanian "Alenelul", as we also had four guests from Romania. They were teachers from Scoala CU CLS I-VIII HR 21 in Sibiu.

In November 2006 Bożena Stępień, the teacher of English was appointed School Interklasa Coordinator and started administering our school website. Interkl@sa is Polish national schoolnet.
